TERMS AND CONDITIONS Pitch Secrets A to Z — Book Launch & Related Offers Effective Date: March 10, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for the Pitch Secrets A to Z Book Launch, preordering the book, purchasing any upgrade or add-on, or participating in the affiliate program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not register or participate. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MJR Dominion LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Forbes Riley," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued participation following notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. By registering or purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.

2. BOOK PREORDER

2.1 Preorder. Participants may preorder a copy of Pitch Secrets A to Z ("Book") through the official landing page. Preordering may include access to bonuses and additional offers as described at the time of purchase. The specific bonuses, digital content, and add-ons available with any preorder are subject to change at our discretion. Current offers are always described on the official purchase page.

2.2 Pricing and Payment. All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of preorder. We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for errors or security issues caused by those processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

2.3 Shipping. Upon placing a preorder, your order is added to the fulfillment queue and forwarded to our warehouse for processing as soon as practicable. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and will vary based on order volume, inventory availability, and carrier capacity. You will receive email notifications as your order is processed and shipped, using the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

2.4 International Orders. We ship internationally. Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges levied by their country. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly, and certain countries may have restrictions on receiving the Book or related materials.

2.5 Availability. Stock is limited. Preordering reserves your copy from our initial production run, subject to inventory availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.6 Refund Policy. Due to the bundled nature of this purchase — which may include immediate delivery of digital content — all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a preorder is placed, except: (a) as required by applicable law; (b) in the event we fail to deliver the physical Book; or (c) where the Book is undeliverable due to our error. Participants in the European Union and United Kingdom acknowledge that by affirmatively requesting immediate access to digital content, they waive their statutory right of withdrawal in respect of those digital components, consistent with applicable consumer protection law. Physical goods purchased by EU/UK consumers remain subject to applicable statutory rights. Australian consumers retain all rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded by contract.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT AND BONUSES

3.1 General. Additional digital content, bonuses, and program access may be included with purchases as described at the time of purchase. The nature, format, timing, and delivery of such content is determined by Forbes Riley at her sole discretion. We reserve the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value and will notify participants of any material changes.

3.2 Delivery. Digital content is delivered via email or through access instructions provided following the launch. We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to receive or read communications sent to the email address you provided. If you experience unusual delays, contact us at the address in Section 14.

3.3 Non-Transferable. Bonuses and digital content are personal to the purchasing participant and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

4. VIP UPGRADE

An optional VIP Upgrade may be available for purchase. The specific content, bonuses, and access included with the VIP Upgrade are described at the time of purchase and are subject to change. All provisions in Section 3 apply equally to VIP content and bonuses. VIP benefits are personal to the purchasing participant and non-transferable.

5. STUDIO DAY PRIZE DRAW

5.1 No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. To enter without purchasing, send a handwritten request including your full name, email address, and the words "Studio Day Draw Entry" to: MJR Dominion LLC, 3158 24th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, United States. One entry per person via free mail entry. Void where prohibited by law.

5.2 Eligibility. The studio day draw is open to: (a) participants who preordered the Book through the official landing page and attend the Book Launch event live; and (b) individuals who submitted a valid free mail entry and attend the Book Launch event live. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Forbes Riley and her affiliated entities are not eligible.

5.3 Selection. Ten (10) winners will be selected at random during the live Book Launch event. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be announced live and notified by email within 48 hours. Attendance at the live event is required to claim this prize. Participants who do not attend live are not eligible to win.

5.4 Prize Description. Each winner receives one (1) day at Forbes Riley's studio in Tampa, Florida. The studio day is conducted in a group setting. The nature, format, content, date, and all other details are determined by Forbes Riley at her sole discretion. No specific activities, outcomes, schedule, or deliverables are promised or guaranteed. The prize does not include travel or accommodation. Winners are solely responsible for all travel and accommodation costs. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each studio day experience is $20,000. Actual value may vary.

5.5 Prize Conditions. Winners must confirm participation within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Dates are set at Forbes Riley's sole discretion. Forbes Riley reserves the right to reschedule upon reasonable notice. Winners who cannot attend on the scheduled date forfeit their prize. No rescheduling is guaranteed. The prize has no cash equivalent, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Forbes Riley will issue a Form 1099 to U.S. winners where required by law.

5.6 Void Where Prohibited. This draw is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for compliance with their local laws. Forbes Riley makes no representation that this draw is lawful outside the United States.

5.7 Assumption of Risk and Release. By accepting the prize, winners assume all risks associated with travel and participation and agree to release and hold harmless Forbes Riley and MJR Dominion LLC from any claims arising from personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

6.1 Eligibility. Any registered participant who is at least 18 years of age may apply to join the affiliate program. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. By joining, you represent that your promotional activities will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Commission. Affiliates earn a commission for each valid Book preorder completed through their unique tracking link, at the rate displayed in the affiliate portal at the time of participation. Commissions may be withheld or reversed where associated preorders are refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

6.3 Affiliate Obligations. Affiliates must promote offers honestly, accurately, and in full compliance with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on endorsements and disclosures (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship using plain language such as "I may earn a reward for referrals." Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, paid search on Forbes Riley's branded terms, cookie stuffing, fake testimonials, or any deceptive or unfair marketing practice. Affiliates are solely responsible for any claims made in their promotional materials.

6.4 Affiliate Prize Draw — Refer at Least 1 Person. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS DRAW. Affiliates who refer at least one (1) valid Book preorder are automatically entered into a cash prize draw. Ten (10) winners will each receive $100 USD, for a total prize pool of $1,000 USD. Winners will be selected at random following the close of the affiliate competition and notified by email. To enter without referring a preorder, send a handwritten request with your full name, email address, and the words "Affiliate Draw Entry" to the address in Section 14. One free entry per person. Void where prohibited by law. Attendance at the live Book Launch event is required to claim this prize.

6.5 Leaderboard Prizes. Additional prizes are available to top-performing affiliates based on leaderboard rankings at the close of the affiliate competition. Prize details are described in the affiliate portal and are subject to change. All leaderboard prizes require attendance at the live Book Launch event to claim. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Travel and accommodation are the winner's sole responsibility. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Forbes Riley will issue a Form 1099 to U.S. winners where required by law.

6.6 Disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify affiliates and void associated entries for suspected fraud, self-referrals, bot traffic, or material violations of these Terms. Before disqualifying an affiliate for suspected fraud, we will provide written notice and allow seven (7) days for the affiliate to respond. Final decisions are at our sole discretion.

6.7 No Guarantee of Earnings. Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee any income, commission, or reward.

7. RECORDINGS AND CONSENT TO USE

By participating in any public or semi-public session of the Book Launch event, including live Q&A, you grant Forbes Riley a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your name, voice, likeness, image, and statements in connection with recordings and related promotional, marketing, and educational materials. If you do not consent, disable your camera and microphone and refrain from speaking during recorded sessions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with the Book, the launch, the affiliate program, and all related programs and materials is the exclusive intellectual property of Forbes Riley and her affiliated entities, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved affiliate promotional materials solely for authorized promotional purposes. No other license is granted. Unauthorized use may result in termination of participation and legal action.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

By registering or purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your order, delivering access to content, and communicating with you about related offers. We may share your information with third-party service providers necessary to fulfill these purposes. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. EU/EEA and UK residents have rights including access, correction, deletion, and objection. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE BOOK, ALL RELATED CONTENT, BONUSES, AND OFFERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FOR YOU. RESULTS DESCRIBED IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS ARE ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT TYPICAL, AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORBES RILEY AND HER AFFILIATED ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION OR ANY PURCHASE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC OFFER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, DEATH, OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forbes Riley, her affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of affiliate promotional materials; (c) any false or misleading claims you make in your promotional activities; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith written negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Hillsborough County, Florida. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, or bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Note: Mandatory arbitration may not be enforceable in all jurisdictions. Participants in the EU and UK retain the right to bring claims before their local courts.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, war, governmental action, internet or platform outages, or cyberattacks. We will notify you as soon as practicable and use reasonable efforts to fulfill our obligations when circumstances permit.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forbes Riley with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing signed by Forbes Riley.
